Christmas Break
Last training for the year will be Thursday 13 December. This will be an informal session, still in dobok but
also bring outdoor sports shoes and some finger food for afterwards. The club annual awards will be
presented at 7pm followed by food and drink. Family members/partners/friends are welcome for the entire
session and/or from 7pm.

Club will re-start on
Monday 14 January 2008, with training times as currently. There will be a couple of
informal sessions on
Thur 20 Dec, Thur 3 Jan and Thur 10 Jan 6:30-7:30 (note the later start and only for 1
hour) mainly concentrating on fitness/sparring that all are welcome along to. Good idea to practice patterns
a few times over the break and keep up some regular fitness and stretching...

Fees
Fees will be due for both Dec and Jan and the extra will be used to pay for annual ITFNZ registration ($20)
for each member. Please ensure you are fully paid for 2007 before the end of the year. Fees will increase be
a small amount from next year.

Junior Tournament
Congratulations to Matthew (gold special tech), Justin and Sean (gold patterns) for their representation of
the club at the Fuji-Mae Junior Tournament last month, all showing impressive attitude and fighting spirit.

TKD Television
Including coverage of recent Nationals. See details about this here.

ITFNZ Blood donation initiative
Reminder again that ITFNZ is encouraging adult members that do not already donate blood to consider doing
so. This is a form of community service and they also serve great biscuits and drinks afterwards. More
information and chance to register here.

Master Van de Mortel Seminar
If you missed the sparring seminar earlier this year, highly recommend making an effort to get along to this
one
on Mon 17 December. More details to follow.

National Camp coming up
All members strongly encouraged to attend ITFNZ National Camp 2008, Feb 1-3 near Rotorua. Closing date
for applications is 12 Jan.
